4th International Conference on Energy Efficient Vehicles (ICEEV 2015)
Visions, Trends and Solutions for Energy Efficient Vehicle Systems
16th and 17th June 2015 in Dresden
The fulfillment of a given automotive transportation task in a most energy efficient way while keeping a high level of security and comfort is still one of the main challenges in the development of modern vehicle systems nowadays and in the future. The corresponding objectives have to be addressed with a close interaction between different scientific and competency areas, like the electrical and electronical engineering, the computer science, the mechanical engineering, the vehicle mechatronics, mathematics supported by the automotive industry in combination with, engineering service providers, system suppliers and technical universities.
In this context the 4th International Conference on Energy Efficient Vehicles (ICEEV 2015) was announced and took place from 16th to 17th June 2015 in the city of Dresden, Germany. The conference intended to provide a platform for the interaction between researchers, manufacturers, developers and managers of all the above mentioned scientific domains and therewith to build up new visions, trends and solutions for energy efficient vehicle solutions.
The conference program for the ICEEV 2015 contained contributions inter alia on energy efficient electric/electronic architectures, optimized onboard operating strategies, as well as energetic infrastructures.
